Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city of Cambodia, located at the confluence of the Mekong and the Tonle Sap rivers.
For western visitors, Phnom Penh can be a rough change. The city is characterised by warmth and humidity, infrastructure is largely lacking, there are rubbish and dust in the streets, risky traffic, blocked sidewalks, harassment from tuk tuk and moto drivers, touts and beggars - most of which can be dealt with using a smile together with a firm "no" and simply walking away. The Ministry of Land Management still allows many architectural horrors to be built, though a determined group of Khmer architects is fighting the trend.

Preah Sihanouk
province is Cambodia's most famous beach town. Better known as Kampong Som to locals, it is about 230 km southwest of Phnom Penh and boasts pristine white-sand beaches, unspoiled tropical islands, and a dynamic nightlife.

With its palm-studded shores and warm, clear waters, it hardly comes as a surprise that Preah Sihanouk attracts crowds of locals, expatriates, and tourists eager for a beachside holiday. Do as locals do and enjoy the stretches of powdery white sand with a chilled coconut and some toothsome grilled seafoods. Or, indulge in a beachside massage, take a dip in the sea, and go for dinner in any of the local restaurants that serve fresh crabs, prawns, lobsters, fish, and scallops in a mouth-watering array of styles.

There are dozens of untouched islands off the coast of Preah Sihanouk: Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samlon both feature blissfully uncrowded beaches with palm-shaded shorelines. Being a beach town, there are also many sea-based activities for adventurous visitors, including boating, island-hopping, fishing, diving and snorkeling in crystal clear waters. For the expert enthusiast who wants to explore the mysterious underwater world of coastal Cambodia, the province has PADI Dive Centers and qualified instructors who know just the right spots to take you.

In the evenings, the nightlife heats up, and those in search of pulsing bars and nightclubs won't be disappointed. Many entertainment venues, especially those on Weather Station Hill, stay open well into the wee hours.

DAY.01 PHNOM PENH – SIHANOUK VILLE(-/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, and then go to Sihanouk Ville by car/van. Sihanouk Ville the premier beach town is 230 km from Phnom Penh and the trip takes about 4 hours, but on the way we pause to pay our respects to Yeay Mao, a protective spirit who looks after travellers on the road and then we transfer to have lunch at Picnic resort. After lunch we will go to Sihanouk Ville directly. Upon arrival you will transfer to your hotel for check in. The remainder of the day is free to spend at your leisure. Dinner is not provided. Overnight at Sihanouk Ville.

DAY.02 SIHANOUK VILLE- BOAT TOUR (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, head out by boat in the morning for an exciting trip to the best of the many islands lying offshore from Sihanouk Ville. There will be a 10:00 am departure by speed boat to Koh Tach to enjoy snorkeling or fishing, and then directly to Koh Rong Samleom. Enjoy a buffet lunch on the boat and arrive in Koh Rong Samleom to swim, relax on the beach, and visit a local waterfall. Around 3:00pm leave from Koh Rong Samleom to Sihanouk Ville with an estimated arrival around 5:00PM.

DAY.03 SIHANOUK VILLE- SCUBA DIVING (B/L/D)
After breakfast at Hotel, You will explore a color full underwater life at Koh Rong Island in Cambodia. Scuba Diving Course, Classes and Certification, welcome to Koh Rong Dive Center, located in the picturesque village of Koh Touch, Koh Rong Island where you will find the buzz of the island scuba diving and other water sport activities. Koh Rong Dive Center, a Khmer run dive center, offers you a full range of PADI diver training classes.
And back to Sihanouk Ville. Overnight in Sihanouk Ville.

DAY.04 SIHANOUK VILLE– PHNOM PENH - DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
After breakfast, board transportation to travel overland by private car from Sihanouk Ville to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh you will be transferred to the airport or your next destination.

All rates are nett and non commissionable.
This package is applicable for minimum of 2 adults travelling together or single rate will apply.
Child rate is on request. (12 years old and above is already considered as adult).
Hotel standard check in time is at 1400 hrs and standard check out time is 1200 hrs. Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400 hrs. Late checkouts will automatic charge one more night.
This is for FIT (Frequent Individual Travellers) booking only. All transfers and tours are on private basis.
All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request.
No refund will be extended for any unused services or tickets.
For the pax who cannot pass the immigration in the International airport, the tour fare is non-rebookable, non-transferrable & non-refundable.
In case of force majeure eg. Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon etc. which are beyond our control, RTR Tours Co., Ltd. will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers.
Please remind the guest(s) that they should be in the lobby on time for the city tour/departure airport transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat-in-coach resulting to their failure to join city tour/departure airport transfer and no special transfer will be provided.

As an international practice, during check-in in every hotel, need an incidental deposit which is refundable. Kindly remind the guest(s) to bring extra for this matter.
